Strathmillan-500x331.jpgWelcome to Strathmillan School Online!

Strathmillan School is an early years (K-5) school in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  View a map showing our location. Use the School Locator to find your catchment area.

We take great pride in offering a variety of educational programs designed to meet the needs of students and families in the Strathmillan community.  Strathmillan Staff dedicate themselves to providing a safe, nurturing and caring environment and to modeling the process of lifelong learning.Your support and involvement at Strathmillan School is vital. Parents who are supportive of their child(ren)'s teacher and who provide complimentary educational experiences, have children who are usually more successful in school. Open and honest communication between the home and school is critical to your child(ren). It tells your child(ren) that we are working together to provide them with the best educational experience available. We encourage you to get involved wherever possible, whether it be in one of our classrooms, on fieldtrips, or with our parent council

At Strathmillan School, we believe that a well rounded educational experience includes social, emotional and physical growth. We therefore encourage all students to become involved in the many co-curricular activities offered. Emphasis at these activities is on co-operation, participation and fair play.

Strathmillan Mission Statement

Through the shared commitments of students, parents and staff, the mission of Strathmillan School is to create a nurturing environment that produces responsible citizens who are life-long learners.
